چکیده
Abstract Despite ongoing efforts to characterize the host response toward SARS-CoV-2, a major gap in our knowledge still exists regarding magnitude and duration of humoral response. Analysis antibody mild versus moderate/severe patients, using new developed quantitative electrochemiluminescent assay for detecting IgM/IgA/IgG antibodies SARS-CoV-2 antigens, revealed rapid onset IgG/IgA antibodies, specifically patients. IgM against viral receptor binding domain, but not nucleocapsid protein, were detected at early stages disease. Furthermore, we observed marked reduction IgM/IgA over-time. Adapting ACE2 binding-competition, demonstrated that presence potentially neutralizing is corelated with IgG/IgA. Finally, analysis cytokine profile COVID-19 patients unique correlation an IL-12p70/IL33 IgG seroconversion, which correlated disease severity. In summary, comprehensive has implications on understanding monitoring infections.

Cytokines (IL-17, IL-23, and IL-33) in Systemic lupus erythematosus in Trinidad and Tobago.
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is the most common autoimmune disease. It is characterized by the presence of hundreds of autoantibodies against many organs and tissues, including the presence of a large number of autoantibodies, which are specific to self-antigens mainly of nuclear origin such as Smith antigen, double-stranded DNA (dsDNA), anti-Sjögren’s syndrome-related antigen A and B (SS...

Measurement of Interleukin-33 (IL-33) and IL-33 Receptors (sST2 and ST2L) in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis
The interleukin-33 (IL-33)/ST2 pathway has emerged as an intercellular signaling system that participates in antigen-allergen response, autoimmunity and fibrosis. It has been suggested that IL-33/ST2 signaling has been involved in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), because IL-33 and its receptor have been specifically mapped to RA synovium. The aim of this study was to determine the...
متن کاملEvaluation of the circulating levels of IL-12 and IL-33 in patients with breast cancer: influences of the tumor stages and cytokine gene polymorphisms
Objective(s):IL-12 as an anti-tumor cytokine and IL-33 a novel identified cytokine with both pro- or anti-tumor activities, play important roles in response against tumor cells. Our aim was to evaluate the IL-12 and IL-33 levels and single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) in their genes in patients with breast cancer. Materials and Methods:Blood samples were collected from 100 patients with breas...
متن کاملSerum Levels of IL-10 and IL-22 Cytokines in Patients with Psoriasis
Background: As a chronic inflammatory condition, psoriasis results from an interaction between genetic and immunologic factors in a predisposing environment. In spite of compelling evidence for the role of T cells and cytokines in psoriasis, interleukin (IL)- 10 and IL-22 have not been sufficiently investigated. Objective: To assess the serum levels of IL-10 and IL-22 in patients with psori...
